Continuous Commissioning is a pro-active service to improve the operation of HVAC systems for the benefit of tenants and building owners alike. Benefits include improved tenant comfort and indoor air quality, reduced energy consumption, reduced reactive maintenance costs & extended plant life.
Energy savings alone typically exceed the cost of the service, with the reduction in reactive maintenance costs further reducing building Opex costs. However, the real benefit is in improved staff productivity which is typically many times the reported energy & operational cost savings.
Key Jacksons staff are NABERSNZ accredited assessors as well as Certified Measurement & Verification Professionals, further demonstrating the company’s commitment towards improving the performance of existing building stock.
Assisting clients with procurement of Maintenance services by preparation and managing Request for Proposals (RFP’s) is also a regular service offered.
Energy Audits are able to be undertaken and advice on metering of plant energy consumption is also offered.
Jacksons also provides & delivers industry training such as the EMANZ Commercial Buildings Energy Specialist, Continuous Commissioning and Energy Management for Facility Managers courses.
